Like a spring feeds a river, your heart feeds your life.
What Needs Guarding?
Your heart includes your emotions, thoughts, and desires.
It’s what you allow yourself to watch, read, think about, and spend time on.
Each of these either purifies or pollutes your inner spring.
Making It Personal
Consider what you’ve been feeding your heart lately.
Are you filling it with things that bring life and hope?
Or have you allowed harmful influences to seep in, like bitterness, fear, or negative thoughts?
Your Protection Plan
Today, choose one way to guard your heart.
Maybe it’s being selective about what you watch, setting boundaries in a relationship, or starting your day with encouraging truth instead of social media.
Take the first step today; pray and ask God to reveal areas of your life that you need to pay more attention to.
When He reveals those areas to you; take action!
